The Brain Apex SW sea rod is used for coastal fishing in salt water. The manufacturer's main focus was on long-range casting - the ability to cast equipment over a long distance. Unlike classic surf rods, the Apex SW has an extremely thin blank, which makes it easier to perform ultra-long casts of heavy rigs. Such characteristics were achieved through the use of carbon material, composed of a certain thickness and taper. The rod is equipped with reinforced anti-tangle rings with lightweight inserts that do not load the blank and facilitate free line flight. Thanks to their innovative arrangement, the line easily flies off the reel spool, encountering minimal resistance in the rings. A reliable screw-type reel seat guarantees reliable fixation of the reel even under the highest loads. To ensure a comfortable and wide grip of the rod during casting, its handle has an increased length and is equipped with an EVA grip that does not slip in the hand.
